Cool cozy 1930s cottage with fully equipped kitchen plus large covered driveway for boat or jet skis and fenced backyard with 300 year old live oak tree. One block from multiple restaurants, bars, shops. Several harbors and boat launches very close. Great BBQ pit. Entire inside has just been renovated with new flooring, windows, window coverings and paint. Also a new refrigerator and sink. Recently both bathrooms have been renovated with new showers and vanities.

Bungalow 35 is a beautiful fully furnished two story with Coastal décor throughout. Light and airy with spacious Living rooms both upstairs and down.
