Our large yard provides ample space to enjoy the stunning view. From May-Sept 30th, you will also have access to our shared pier. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing or other nearby activities: skiing, golfing and ziplining. Beach chairs/toys, fire pit, grill, games and folding chairs are also provided.

We conduct regular pest treatment to keep pests away, but being close to nature and the lake, expect occasional bugs in warmer weather.

Fish or dock your watercraft at our pier if needed. There is a 4-5 person hot tub on the back deck for you to relax and unwind (Hot tub included in the price on this property).

Swim, boat, kayak, ski & fish or take in the changing seasons from the sauna. We're in nature. Expect spiders/webs, bees, ants & mosquitoes. Though we clean just before your stay spiders can & will spin a web in that short time.

A perfect gateway home for the family or a small group. The beautiful sunset can be viewed from the raised deck or the private pier. There are 2 jet ski ramps and room for boat parking, so bring your water toys and enjoy this amazing boating vacation property. Nippersink lake is right in the middle of the 13 interconnected lakes that makes up the amazing chain of lakes. Enjoy fishing, utilizing the 4 provided kayaks or stand-up paddle boards upon request for unlimited water fun.
