We're renting out our spacious three-story house, a fine exemple of Brussels "maison de maître" from the beginning of the 20th century. The house is full of grandeur and charm, with its 4,5 m high ceilings adorned with intricate cornicing and is furnished with mid-century furniture and art. The spacious walled garden (18mx7m) is a leafy, private and peaceful oasis in the heart of Brussels. We are very close to many striking art nouveau architecture examples Grand Place is a 20 min-walk away.

Je vous ouvre les portes de notre belle maison de maître située dans une rue calme à 2 pas du «cimetière d'Ixelles» et de la Forêt de Soignes. Lumineuse, spacieuse, colorée, elle ravira les familles en quête d'un pied à terre dans la capitale. Familles avec historique préexistant uniquement (Il s'agit de notre logement personnel..)

Idéal pour deux ou trois familles. Vous allez adorer déjeuner ou diner sur la terrasse, lire au coin du feu, faire de grands festins dans la cuisine ou jouer un jeu de société dans la salle de jeux. A deux pas des restaurants et des transports publics. Attention, notre chat vit dans la maison.

The house has a back garden and enormous south facing terras. The back garden gives access to a courtyard with a private garage for your car. When you rent this house you dispose of the entire house. Except the garden level that was the old maids apartment. It has a separate access and is private.
