Our spacious 20' bell tent offers all the comforts of home, including a plush king-size bed, a cozy seating area, air conditioning, and heat. A full bathroom is located on the property for your personal use only, as tent guests. Shower under the moon with unlimited hot water! Relax at the fire, under the bright country stars!

Smokey Acres primitive site 7

.This is a walk in only PRIMITIVE site. Down a hidden gravel drive with wetlands on either side you will find a completely fenced in field surrounded by pine, oak, and swamp maple trees. There are two ponds located on the property both stocked with bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The front pond is home to many natural Florida wildlife and is a great location to bird watch. . We love that you brought your pet but we also want to keep ours safe so please keep all pets on a leash or lead.

The Wandering Path is nestled among 21 wooded acres with 2000 ft water frontage and trails. #5 is a primitive camping spot at the waters edge, shaded and tucked into a pocket of trees. BYO tent. Kayak, fish and hike during the day. At night time, relax by a cozy fire under the stars and soak in all that nature has to offer. We look forward to sharing our little slice of paradise with you!

Sunset Chaser

The sunset chaser is located along the beautiful forgotten coast. It has 1 private bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk space with a full bed, it also has a couch that converts to a full bed. The full bath includes a shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen has all the amenities. Relax and reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Located on a private 1.43 acre lot with a pond. Your only 3 mins from the Intercoastal waterway and 7 mins from the beautiful beaches.

Mystical Oaks is a Bell Tent that is furnished with a king size pillowtop mattress. Come stay on our farm and enjoy the quiet solitude and the starry nights. Relax after a day spent spring hopping or swimming in one of our local rivers. A grill is on site and campers have access to electrical outlets. A private bathroom is less than 50 feet away from the tent. You can warm up next to the heater if it is cold or enjoy the new portable AC unit if it is hot.

Wildflower Serenade Glamping

" You belong among the wildflowers" this glamping tent is an ode to our Florida legend, Tom Petty. Tucked away off our Nature Trail this spacious site is just a short walk to relaxation. Your tent and queen bed will be waiting. Two chairs create the perfect reading nook as well as turn into twin beds. Natural light fills the tent. Just outside you'll find the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your breakfast while admiring the "Real" Florida all around you.

Camping near FL Caverns & springs

Always wanted to go camping but you don't have experience. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TENT. TENTS ONLY. My property is within the city limits of Marianna, FL (near Florida Caverns), but it is like being in the middle of the woods. You will experience birds, the sound of a stream; fire pit; charcoal or propane grill; mini frig, induction burner, some dishes & utensils, Inside bathroom. Electric/Water +$5 Pet with approval <20lbs. Must send pic with request.
