The king room is our smaller economical option at 220 sq. ft. It's made for travelers to save money and doesn't face the ocean. We also have 450 sq. ft. studios & oceanfront suites for just a bit more. We're a small historic boutique hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach, 60 ft from the ocean. We have a rooftop terrace and 2nd fl terrace. We have free beach gear, free WiFi, and $10+tx/day parking for a small or midsize car. The main guest MUST be 25+ so families don't have to worry about parties.

The Island Suites is located on St. George Island on the beach front within walking distance to the majority of restaurants and shops. Each room has a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, 1 king or 2 queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, in-room coffee, guest room amenities, cable and internet. Wreckers House King Room - Adults Only

Adults-only building for guests ages 21+ only. Thoughtfully furnished with mixed metals and woods, the Wreckers House tells the story of ships and their crews of "wreckers" who once salvaged goods from the sunken ships in the Florida Keys. Park your car in our lot (located 4 blocks away) and walk everywhere! <br> Bayview #3 is part of the Bella Bay Inn, a small, five room inn across from the City Marina.
