Enjoy the peace and tranquility, unwind whilst surrounded by the sounds of the bush, birdsong and the gentle sounds of our farm animals. The studio is also fully equipped, including air conditioning for those hot summer days.

Nestled amidst peaceful surroundings with distant ocean views, our property offers a casual and relaxing getaway. Surrounded by rolling hills, and grazing cattle, you'll enjoy easy access to quaint hinterland towns, with their charming cafes, restaurants and trails. Relax with a picnic by the water or a paddle on the little lake.

'Seldom Inn' - Mudjimba Beach

This light and airy air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite is ideally situated at Mudjimba Beach. Self-contained with its own private entrance, it is located in a very quiet street one block away from the surf, cafes, restaurants and shops. Guests can park right outside the door. Facilities include a bar fridge, free-to-air TV and Wifi, DVDs, toaster and complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities.

I am happy to welcome a diverse range of guests to the private, self contained guest suite with bedroom, separate lounge/diner and kitchenette. This quiet, comfortable, well equipped space with private verandah and stunning views over the garden and forest is a delight for people of all genders, and nationalities to relax in. I offer an adults only space.
