Mökki sijaitsee hiihtolatujen, rinteiden ja luontopolkujen välittömässä läheisyydessä. Mökissä suihku ja vesi-wc. Rantaterassilla pieni katos, kaasugrilli ja ruokapöytä. Tynnyrisaunan yhteydessä kylpytynnyri ja terassi, jolle paistaa upeasti ilta-aurinko. Ranta on matala ja sopii myös lapsille. Tontti rauhallinen ja sitä suojaa puusto naapureilta. Ei lemmikkejä.
