Close to River Avon & Bickerley Green, with access to walking and biking trails (locked storage for bikes available). Explore our charming town, its local shops, restaurants a stroll away, or perhaps take a short drive to the coast for a day at the beach or into the heart of the New Forest. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Dudsbury Lodge is a lovely modern day cabin set in a semi rural area over looking lovely fields with its own private parking and courtyard for the perfect evening BBQ with the friends and family to relax in comfort with the stunning long ham lakes near by for an evening walks, local pubs and restaurants at a walking distance and only a short drive to the award winning beaches in Bournemouth, pets are allowed but must be well trained and additional cost of £20 payable on check in.

During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.
