L’Angolo di Casa Verrua si trova in piazza Gran Madre di Dio nel quartiere Borgo Po a pochi passi dal centro città. L’appartamento, molto panoramico, è sito al piano secondo (scala con ascensore) di un edificio storico ed è composto da tre camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. L'edificio fa angolo con l'isola di pedonale di via Monferrato, ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il parcheggio pubblico è a pagamento in Piazza Gran Madre e nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato è a pochi metri da casa.

A 10 minuti da Carmagnola e dall’imbocco dell’A6, dalla stazione ferroviaria. Comodissima fermata dei mezzi pubblici. Lombriasco è una posizione strategica per visitare Torino, Langhe (Fiera tartufo), Roero (patrimonio dell’Unesco). Vicino ai castelli di Racconigi e Stupinigi.
