Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

In the middle of our farm, the Loft is a detached, self-contained first floor apartment accessed via an external oak staircase. There are 2 bedrooms, a huge bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower, a galley kitchen (two ring hob, microwave and combi oven/grill), and ample living space. The Loft sleeps a max of 4 people with either 2 superkings OR one superking and 2 singles. A cot is also available. There is a dining table, sofas with TV, and a flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. Both properties benefit from being setback from the road and surrounded by well-kept gardens and mature trees offering peace and privacy.
