The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Only 1 hour from London - ideal for a family, friends or 2 couples. 2 king bedrooms ensuites (1 king bed can be split into 2 singles), plus single bed on landing. Open plan kitchen to vaulted reception/dining room with folding doors to sunny patio. 2 pubs, village shop and M&S food all within 1 mile walking on country footpaths.

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.
