Grange en pierres rénovée en 2 gîtes mitoyens séparés par un grand espace jardin d'intérieur. C'est un gîte cosy que je vous propose, idéal pour se reposer dans la campagne à la ferme. Paisible terrasse couverte avec jacuzzi privé à chaque gîte (non autorisés aux jeunes enfants) Idéal pour 4 personnes ou couple Vue agréable, localisation très calme. De nombreuses activités possibles : canoë, balades en Gabares sur la Dordogne, châteaux, villages, grottes, musées, restaurants, brocantes...etc

Situé au centre-ville, à 1 min du café de Paris, face a l’église. La demeure en pierre, séparée en 2 parties accueille la meilleure pizzeria d’Eymet en façade et sur le côté, une entrée dérobée dévoile une charmante cour intérieure avec bassin de détente, table de jardin, BBQ. Egalement, dans une pièce dédiée, tapis de course et rameur. A l’étage un salon salle à manger lumineux et cuisine ouverte. Deux chambres en suite et un lit superposé cabine dans le couloir. 2 toilettes et une buanderie.

Gite INDIVIDUEL de 120m² entre Marmande et Bergerac, venez passer des vacances au calme dans cette grande maison à la ferme "Gîte Vicasse à La sauvetat du dropt". Le logement comprend 3 chambres spacieuses, une grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, un grand salon convivial. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner ou profiter d'instant de repos et vous pourrez visiter la ferme ainsi que les chemins alentours. Vous pourrez stationner une ou plusieurs voitures juste devant.

A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte.
