The Loft is fully self-contained, with its own access, separate from the rest of our home, which is abit different being an industrial shed conversion. We are walking distance to our town centre & local beach. We hope you enjoy relaxing here after a your days of exploring Exmouth . Our property is located behind a local tour business & parking is safe right at the entrance to the Loft.

Enjoy a stay at our unique and charming 1-bedroom unit in the heart of Exmouth. A 2 minute walk to town, where you’ll find the local shops, cafes & restaurants. Down the road from Federation Park, come check out Exmouth’s Sunday markets between April-September. Unfortunately no pets allowed. No parties allowed. As the unit is apart of a smaller community, please keep noise levels down between 9pm-6am
