The Stables is a converted annex has one allocated parking space, (There is room for 2nd car close by) Stables has a 12 foot square patio area, to the rear. The Stables has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 young children or one adult . We welcome up to two medium or small dogs. With larger dogs please ask. For parents with babies, we provide a high chair but there is not really sufficient space for a cot.

A modern, cosy garden studio on the edge of the Cotswolds, in the heart of the Vale of Evesham. Cheltenham, Worcester & Stratford Upon Avon are just a short drive away, making this is the perfect retreat without paying expensive Cotswold prices. The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Convenient for trips to Broadway and all the famous Cotswold villages, Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham & Evesham. The apartment has 3 rooms, and a private entrance. Living/dining space with sofa, TV (with smart apps), Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Bedroom with king bed and Bathroom with over-bath shower. Plenty of parking.

Penn Studio@Cropthorne

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

A spacious veranda features an outdoor dining area and there’s free parking for two cars adjacent to the accommodation. The site is conveniently located on the edge of the Cotswolds, with villages and countryside to explore as well as having the amenities that the town of Evesham provides. Free WiFi included. The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

A studio on our farm near Stratford / Cotswolds

A newly renovated self contained space above our double garage with views over the Warwickshire countryside. The property is located on our family farm and we are lucky to be surrounded by wonderful countryside whilst being very accessible from a number of major roads. We are on the northern edge of the Cotswolds and 15 minutes away from Stratford-upon Avon. Villages such as Chipping Camden, Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold are only a short drive away.

The Annexe

Set in a small smallholding in a beautiful village location, on the border of the North Cotswolds, a rural and unique retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.
