Charmant studio situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Fribourg avec une vue imprenable sur la Sarine. Il se compose d'un grand lit double, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une cuisinette et d'un petit balcon. Logement pour 1 ou 2 personnes, indépendant, de 24m2, dans une maison familiale. Nous mettons à votre disposition la literie, les serviettes de toilette et une machine à laver et sécher le linge. Le ménage est effectué une fois par semaine, appartement non fumeur et non adapté aux animaux.

Pretty comfortable one-room apartment with parking

Nice little apartment of 43 m2 on the ground floor of a house in the center of the village, consisting of a large room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom which, unlike the room, is tiny but functional. Although the place is exposed to street noise during rush hour, the nights are quiet and the accommodation gives on the terrace side. Buses and trains available in two minutes walk; highway entrance near (Avenches).

Dazu eine Terrasse von 80m2. 5 Minuten entfernt von Estavayer-le-Lac, wo man einen Strand findet, Restaurants, Wasser-Ski-Anlagen, Einkaufgelegenheiten (Coop, Denner, Migros) und vieles mehr. Der Aufenthalt im Chalet ist absolut ruhig. Hier kann man richtig relaxen.
