Diese 2025 erbauten und modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen, von jeweils 75 Quadratmetern, bieten einen Ort für Aufenthalte alleine, zu zweit, mit der Familie oder Freunden, Kurztripps, Geschäftsreisen uvm. , in ländlicher Gegend.
