Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Situated in the shadow of the South Downs National Park on a small rural road with hardly any neighbours our charming cottage is a great place from which to explore the unspoiled open countryside and its many footpaths around us. The nearest street light is two miles away. Owls, deer and the occasional nightingale are the only sounds in the middle of the night The cottage décor is fresh and modern with plenty of parking and a small decking area. Our Barn is a large, rustic , comfy home situated in a semi -rural location 10 mins drive from the vibrant seaside town of Hastings in one direction and Rye in the other, close to main road. The perfect place to really relax and explore the breathtaking surroundings. With fascinating places to visit, stunning beaches, award winning restaurants and pubs, quirky shops and easy access to Brighton, Lewes and Kent.We have 4 Double Bedrooms (1 on ground floor) and 1 small kids room with bunk beds.

Situated down a narrow lane off the A267on a quiet and secluded 64 acre cattle farm, which you are free to explore (though the cattle currently winter nearby), it is 15 minutes from Tunbridge Wells and about 30 mins drive from Eastbourne and the wider coast. Historic villages of Rotherfield and Mayfield are 5 mins away by car with pubs, cafes and shops.

The nature reserve is ideal for walks and birdwatching, and is home to the Discovery Centre where you can grab a coffee and learn about the area. There are lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants & a winery in Rye town, 5 minutes away by car. The house is also conveniently located for day trips to Winchelsea and Camber Sands.
