Two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps SEVEN! Living room has two fold down leather futons. This is a perfect rental for two families! Don't worry about the weather knocking the apower out- there is a generator that will automatically kick in to keep you comfy and your devices charged. Window AC units just added!

We are a 10-sleep Farmhouse, 12 minutes from E-ville! Three bedroom, 2-bathroom with 2 sleeper sofas with oversized dining and updated kitchen. Mud room for warm/cold clean up, with washer and dryer. Outside boasts three attached porches, a hot tub, fire pit, fairy garden, and over 1.5 acres to roam and enjoy. WiFi, outdoor fenced in pet enclosure for furry friends, and game area in the living room with dart board and over-sized connect four for everyone to enjoy!

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
