Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Osprey Cottage in Manton is a beautifully presented end terrace property which sleeps 4 guests. One bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom that can be configured either as single beds (2’6” wide) or a king, and a stylish bathroom. Finished in a contemporary style with modern facilities including Wi-Fi(74mb), TV, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Gable Cottage is in the picturesque village of Braunston-in-Rutland. A unique two bedroom cottage annexe, with bath and shower. Dining room with kitchenette (air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle), and cute gallery sitting area overlooking it. Breakfast welcome pack included, we make our own bread! Access via private lane, parking for 2 cars. We also have an electric car charger Children over 10 welcome, no pets. Discount of £30 a night if only want one bedroom - message us before booking.

A quick 10 minute drive to another Market Town of Oakham and not far from Rutland Water where you can enjoy some beautiful scenic walks. The apartment offers an allocated parking space and communal paved garden.

Half an hr from Stamford & Rutland Water and only 10 mins from small market town of Uppingham. We offer two interconnecting double bedrooms with shower room and kitchenette with dining table in family home. First Bedroom on 1st floor and 2nd bedroom on second floor, within apartment. The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Launde Lodge

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
