The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. If you like fishing for large bass or crappie, jumping off the floating dock, kayaking, or just relaxing on the porch swing with an amazing view; this place is for you. If you have a boat, there is a drop off (no gas motors, please!). Bring your poles!
