This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach, 1mile. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

Cooper Crib: Remodeled Duplex: minutes to Beaches!

Welcome to your perfect get away spot! Cooper Crib is the back half of a remodeled duplex in Historic Downtown Tarpon Springs. The Crib is a NEW place in an old 1920 house with modern décor and amenities, easy walking distance to the famous Sponge docks, and lots of local Greek restaurants/bakeries. Local beaches are 7 minutes away and the Pinellas Trail is only two blocks from your Crib! Bikes, beach chairs, towels and beach umbrellas are available for your use at no charge Come stay with us!

Located on a Barrier Island beach community in a friendly, residential neighborhood. Guest suite is attached to the main house with it's own separate entrance and living space. Spacious bedroom with En suite bathroom. Kitchenette has sink, small fridge, microwave and air fryer. 5 minute walk to the white sandy beach. Beach chairs, towels and floats provided. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets. Everything is in walking distance. Many restaurants, Tiki bars with live entertainment, shops and grocery store.

Downtown Coastal Studio, close to great beaches!

The studio has a bright and airy atmosphere, clean and cozy, it is the perfect place to rest and relax. Located in the heart of downtown Dunedin in walking distance to the Pinellas Trail and Main St. Simply park your car and enjoy town on foot or rent a bike and cruise around. We are close to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella are provided. There is also a park across the street with a nice path to stroll along the water or take in the sunset.

Enjoy the peaceful patio, a dip in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, or cool off in the AC of our recently updated suite. Also Clearwater Country Club is in walking distance should you want to play some golf while here in sunny FL!

Our Cozy Casita is located adjacent to the main house in a quiet residential neighborhood with a separate entry and fenced in parking space for our Guests. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool area. The pool is not heated. Small kitchen with Whirlpool electric stove, microwave and mini-fridge. 40” Samsung Smart HDTV and WIFI. Located within minutes of great restaurants, craft breweries, and local museums. Lots of great outdoor activities along St. Pete’s beautiful waterfront.
