We’re a quick 15-20 min drive to some of Florida’s best beaches and only a 25 min drive to Tampa International Airport or the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport. This place is perfect for couples or solo adventurers.

Studio has dishes and glasses, pots, pans, utensils, linens, etc. The apartment has a kitchenette with a table top burner with two burners (no oven) a medium-sized fridge, microwave, convection oven & coffee maker. Furnishings: Full-sized bed (new as of June 2024), table, chairs, bookcases, wardrobe. French doors lead to patio; new appliances and small shower, TV and cable/internet.

The Lassing House

A very beachy, cozy and charming detached house with private access and parking. It is fully furnished with a futon and open bedroom with queen bed. One block from beautiful Lassing Park on Tampa Bay. Gorgeous sunsets, amazing museums, restaurants, concerts, breweries and beaches are just minutes away! Equipped with a mini split AC, the apartment stays cool and quiet. Note that the cottage is equipped with a stove but no oven.
