Located on Green Lane, traffic is busy at peak times of the day, however this private studio is perfect for access to the Peak District. There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. The village pub is a short walk away, serving food throughout the year. The property itself has 2 large bedrooms, both with double beds, and an extra single sofa bed. The large dinning kitchen has French doors opening to a covered veranda, perfect for relaxing with a drink.

This beautiful detached barn conversion has been charmingly renovated, retaining and working with many original features where possible. Tastefully furnished to a very good standard throughout, the open-plan living space has a small/compact kitchen area with a combi/microwave oven and hob.
