This house is mere minutes from Downtown and just blocks away from the 12 South neighborhood, Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Music Row. The house is located in a very central area. Just a $6 Uber ride will get you downtown. Ample parking is always available as well if you're driving.

My labor of love house. So many older homes are being torn down in Nashville and I just couldn't let it happen to this one. You will feel right at home while being less than 2 miles from lower broadway and the gulch. Belmont and Vandy are super close.
