Maximum sunshine all day. You will appreciate the calm, the view, the swimming pool (with swimming against the current) and the stamp of the house.

Chalet au calme de 16m2 sur les hauteurs du lac d'Annecy au pied du chemin qui monte au col de la Forclaz, lieu reconnu des parapentistes à la vue magnifique sur les montagnes et le lac. Le chalet est équipé d'une terrasse, d'une chambre, d'un lavabo et WC. Une salle de douche privative et des wc sont accessibles 24h/24 dans mon logement situé à quelques mètres du chalet. Un petit coin repas est disponible dans le chalet. Le wifi est parfois un peu capricieux, pas de soucis pour la 4G.
