Located in a quiet farming community, this renovated horse barn features two comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, bath and laundry rooms, expansive porches, grill, gazebo and fire pit. Bring your kayaks, rods & reels, hiking boots or a good book and enjoy what nature has to offer. Minutes to Hiwassee and Ocoee rivers.

Gypsy Haven

Gypsy Haven is nestled at the foot of the Bean mountain, right between the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers. We are only 15 mins from The Ocoee & Hiwassee Rivers, 19 miles to Cleveland, & about a 45 minute drive to Chattanooga. Enjoy white water rafting, fly fishing, mountain climbing, zip lining, horse back riding and more all within a short drive. You also have access to feed our sweet mules & Sir Spits a lot the alpaca! Note this is a guest house/ loft above our garage so you do walk up stairs.

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Nestled into 300+ private acres of cattle land and woods, our cabin overlooks rolling pastures and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Plenty of adventures are nearby too - world-class white-water rafting on the Ocoee River, or for a quieter adventure, try fly-fishing or tubing down the Hiwassee River. And as this is a working cattle farm, premium beef is usually available for purchase while you're here.

Endless outdoor adventures await you. If a more chill weekend is what your looking for, then hit up the local Mennonite Market & Winery. Queen log bed & gear storage area attached. Only a short walk down the pebbled path to the bathhouse, outdoor kitchen sink, & coffee bar. WIFI in the cabin & outside.

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.

Lovely, relaxing & secluded river house. Perfect for a family getaway. Relax & unwind in our recently renovated, mid-century modern inspired home. If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.
