The space sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed and a sofa bed best suited for children or smaller adults. Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin.
