We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. The Getaway Billing Aquadrome

The Getaway at Billing Aquadrome accommodates a cozy lounge with comfortable seating, a large flatscreen TV perfect for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, including a fridge, microwave, oven, pots and pans, cutlery and dish ware. One king size bedroom and a twin room, and a double sofa bed in the living room to ensure a restful night's sleep. The main bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet and an ensuite in the large bedroom.

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub.
