Ruby Rose is the perfect off-grid glamping getaway-a unique fully-equipped converted horse lorry in its own field on a smallholding near Totnes.Although completely off-grid,it has every home comfort,including wi-fi,TV,gas cooker,fridge/freezer,hot-air heating and modern compost loo and shower. Decking areas, outside the living space and bedroom give wonderful views of the countryside. You have sole use of the whole field with al fresco dining area,barbecue, swings,table tennis and its own hens!

A ground floor, two-bedroomed flat, set in the heart of Totnes Historic Town centre, within v easy walk to station, car park & range of independent shops, restaurants & cafes and cinema . Unusually for the centre of town, the property has a secluded garden, including an area of lawn and a large deck for al fresco dining. Please note, this is my permanent home. I vacate the property and ensure adequate storage (empty drawers, cupboard and hanging space). I do not remove all my personal effects.

Just minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance & unrestricted parking, plus an on-site Tesla charging point. At the front is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

Little Barn's in the busy bustling village of Marldon. Set on the border of the South Hams and Torbay, there are two Local pubs, a convenience store a post office and a garage. Offering a feast of activities in all the sorrounding areas. A 15 minuit drive to the unusual market Town of Totnes, 5 min drive to Preston Sands, a foot path on the doorstep to Cockington Village. Lots of lovely walks, beaches and wonderful Devonshire Heritage. This little gem is easy access to anywhere in Devon.

The Apiary is a converted hayloft sitting at the end of a 16th Century Dartmoor Farmhouse, a short ten-minute walk from Widecombe in the Moor and 200m from the Two Moors Way. With it’s own private parking & entrance, the elegantly furnished room features an eclectic mix of antique furniture and Smeg kitchen appliances. From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

Set in 6 acres of space and a stone's throw to an award winning pub, close to Dartington, Totnes, Dartmoor and the sea. Loads to do nearby or just stay & relax in the woodfired hot tub under the stars. We are dog friendly but cannot accept bookings with a dog/s until you have contacted us & agreed to our dog T’s & Cs. The Garden Flat is located in a listed building within easy walking distance of Ashburton Cookery School and the lovely shops and cafes in our tiny town. Dartmoor National Park is on our doorstep and the stunning South Devon coastline is just a short drive away. One dedicated parking space. One well behaved dog is welcome, there is a fee of £30 per stay to bring one dog.

A beautiful idyllic hideaway in rolling Devon hills, only 3 miles from Totnes and 15 minutes drive to the sea. The Orangery is a detached property in the grounds of a Georgian Manor. A 'wall of glass' captures the uninterrupted, glorious Devon countryside views to the horizon and gives direct access to the private garden with wood fired hot tub for ultimate relaxation.
