Im nahegelegenen Wald könnt ihr relaxen oder ins hübsche Umland mit dem Rad. Vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 652 in wenigen Minuten zum Bahnhof Falkensee. Mit der Regionalbahn seid ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit in der Berliner City. Oder ihr nutzt als Autofahrer den Park & Ride am Bahnhof.

Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Feel at home in my cosy flat (40m2). One big room with a comfortable double bed 160x200cm. You have acces to kitchen and bathroom as well as terrace. The flat has its own entrance. Just 2 min away, there is a pretty lake. The house has parking place free of charge. A big Supermarket Netto is at the trainsstation where you can take a Regional Train to Berlin city centre twice an hour. The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.

Die gemütliche Innenstadt mit den idyllischen Straßen- und Park Cafés sowie Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in circa fünf Minuten mit einem schönen Spaziergang zu erreichen, wobei der Weg durch die historische Altstadt führt.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

It’s a great location to get to Park Sanssouci and all the nice shops, restaurants & cafés in the central area.
