We want to help guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home which is great for couples or families with kids, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature lovers. Our cottage is a complete house with everything accessible to you as our guests. Red Bird Cottage offers all the amenities of home and more and is secured with a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival.

Wooded Hideaway on Center Hill Lake

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, or maybe a romantic retreat, our little cottage in the woods offers a private and intimate space perfect for your next getaway. Wooded Hideaway is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home nestled in the trees on approx 4 acres less than a mile from Center Hill Lake. You will enjoy total privacy on the front deck offering gorgeous sunset views, a well appointed kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace, and kingsize bed for the perfect nights sleep.

Spacious Cottage: King Suite, Dog OK, Ten to Town

Minutes off I-40, exit 290 and easy trip to restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries, waterfalls and hiking. The Cottage offers comforts of home in a beautiful park-like setting a few miles on the east side of Cookeville and above Algood. The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping . The full kitchen is great for cooking with fresh coffee. Adventures galore!

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

The Trinity Cottage is a historic gem in Dayton. It was built in the 1920’s as the parsonage for the Trinity Chapel next door. It’s been completely renovated and updated. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We are 23 miles off I-75 in Athens (exit 49- Hwy 30) to Dayton, TN. We are 23 miles off I-75 Cleveland (exit 27- Paul Huff Parkway) to Dayton, TN. Close by are many outdoor activities such as fishing the Cumberland River or canoeing/kayaking on the Roaring River, where there is a boat ramp, a swim area & playground. Just 12 miles to Cummins Falls State Park & 25 minutes to Cookeville. If you’re a history buff, make sure to visit the incredible Jackson County Archives & Veterans Hall at 104 Short St.

This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.

Located in Bledsoe County this family owned house and small working cattle farm is situated on over 100 acres of land and is roughly a 20 minute drive to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Being a few miles from the closest highway, you will enjoy the quiet and relaxation of the Cumberland Plateau with a large backyard and a good size pond available for catch and release fishing.

A cute, quiet, relaxing retreat located 3 miles from Livingston. Watch the wildlife gaze right in front of your eyes and enjoy a man-made lake off of a large deck. This cottage is a beautiful getaway for you! Enjoy the outdoor grill, fire pit and just relax. We are located 20 minutes from Dale Hollow Lake and Cummins Falls.
