We want to help guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home which is great for couples or families with kids, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature lovers. Our cottage is a complete house with everything accessible to you as our guests. Red Bird Cottage offers all the amenities of home and more and is secured with a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival.

Wooded Hideaway on Center Hill Lake

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, or maybe a romantic retreat, our little cottage in the woods offers a private and intimate space perfect for your next getaway. Wooded Hideaway is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home nestled in the trees on approx 4 acres less than a mile from Center Hill Lake. You will enjoy total privacy on the front deck offering gorgeous sunset views, a well appointed kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace, and kingsize bed for the perfect nights sleep.

Lake Haven Cottage

Lake Haven Cottage is located 10 miles south of Kingston on Ellis Rd. This place offers a nice quite relaxing environment with great boating and beautiful sunsets. Conveniently located near the thiefneck cut through, Lake Haven Cottage is in the center of the action. Sand Island (Meigs County), Long Island (Kingston), and Gizmo are only short boat rides away. Blue Springs Marina is a couple of coves over and it’s a great place to visit for all your boating needs. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping . The full kitchen is great for cooking with fresh coffee. Adventures galore!

The Trinity Cottage is a historic gem in Dayton. It was built in the 1920’s as the parsonage for the Trinity Chapel next door. It’s been completely renovated and updated. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We are 23 miles off I-75 in Athens (exit 49- Hwy 30) to Dayton, TN. We are 23 miles off I-75 Cleveland (exit 27- Paul Huff Parkway) to Dayton, TN. We are 38 miles from Downtown Chattanooga. We are 34 miles from Fall Creek Falls. We are 115 miles from Great Smoky Mountains. Hide

The Cottage is a private space conveniently located one block from the Gainesboro square in picturesque Jackson county. Close by are many outdoor activities such as fishing the Cumberland River or canoeing/kayaking on the Roaring River, where there is a boat ramp, a swim area & playground. Just 12 miles to Cummins Falls State Park & 25 minutes to Cookeville. If you’re a history buff, make sure to visit the incredible Jackson County Archives & Veterans Hall at 104 Short St.

Watermore Cottage

Watermore Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Located in a rural area between Dayton & Pikeville and within an hour’s drive of Chattanooga & Crossville. From here you can explore Southeast Tennessee or you can sit on the front porch in the morning with your cup of Joe and look out over the lake and watch the sunrise. In the afternoon, relax on the back porch and let nature lull you into a peaceful, relaxed state of mind. Pet fee $30 max 2 dogs.

Deer Lodge Bed & Breakfast

This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.
