The Presbytery, Forres

The Presbytery is a private holiday home in central Forres, sitting opposite Grant park, Cluny hill and Sanqhuar woodlands. This traditional house offers comfortable accommodation for up to four adults and two children, including private garden and off road parking. The house is located five minutes from Findhorn Bay and the beautiful Moray Coast beaches and fifty minutes from the ski resorts of Aviemore and the Lecht. An ideal base to explore Moray, Speyside, Inverness and the Cairngorms.

Our renovated Old School is the ideal location from which to explore Inverness, the Black Isle, and the NC500. Just ten minutes by car from Inverness town centre we are in a beautiful rural location on the Black Isle. Finished to a high standard, our bright and airy property has excellent facilities, and is somewhere you can relax, and use as your base for walking, cycling, or touring. We have a large garden which you are welcome to use, and a secure shed for cyclists to store bikes.

Situated on the banks of the River Ness, Wee Ness Lodge is centrally located for all the amenities Inverness has to offer including shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions which are all within walking distance. Wee Ness Lodge’s luxurious interior is decked out in natural materials and fabrics influenced by the Highland landscape. Enjoy the wood-burning stove, sumptuous bedroom with king-size bed, and the river side view which combine to bring a real warmth to the lodge.

Situated beside the shores of the Cromarty Firth with spectacular views to the Black Isle our cottage sleeps six comfortably, and is ideally placed for touring, with access to superb beaches, forests, hill walking, golf, etc. The NC 500 route is minutes away. One of the best natural harbours in Europe, the Royal Navy had a base here until 1956. Now oil rigs line up in the Firth and liners visit every week in the summer season. Invergordon's spectacular murals are a must see!

Kellas Lodge

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

We are walking distance to Dalmore Distillery. Dalmore is a working family farm in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. This cottage is ideal for couples and families with children. Fully fitted kitchen with dining/sitting area. 4G and WIFI all bedrooms have freeview tv. Anti Allergy bedding throughout.

The Coach House at Manse House

Make some memories at this unique and friendly place. Originally the Coach House of the 18th century listed Manse House, the property was sympathetically converted in 2004. The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome. Ardullie Farmhouse is situated on Foulis Estate 2min from Foulis Castle close to Evanton which is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Ardullie Farmhouse is a completely private sanctuary within a mature garden, no neighbours to be heard of and is situated looking over the Cromarty Firth. You’ll love this place because of the privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is great for groups of friends & family.

Clematis Cottage is ideal for visits to Fortrose, the Black Isle and a good base for Inverness which is just 15mins drive away. It offers comfort, peace and quiet in a newly renovated character cottage with log burner and private garden less than 200m from the beach and harbour, centrally located with restaurants, bars, shops and cafes just a short walk away. Close to the golf course, Chanonry Point, beach, harbour and other tourist attractions.
