The apartament has a separate entrance and extends over 110 square meters. It consist of 9 rooms: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen, veranda, disposal room and 2 balconies.View extend to sea, islands, fort and whole town. Within the apartament is a fenced yard with a parking place in front of the house. Nearby is a supermarket and gas station (50m). The beach is 100 m away and town center 200m. Within the apartament are a fireplace and barbecue and a garden all available to guests.

Apartment is situated in Martinski, small village near Labin. Nestled in the middle of luscious vineyards and numerous bike and horseback riding trails, it is ideal place for gateway for nature, wine and animal lovers. It can be starting point for exploring nearby little towns in this part of Istria (by foot, on bikes and electric bike rentable at site ). You can rest in big garden, take a walk around property (through fields, vineyards and woods) or ride a horse Trojan at our little ranch.

The bedroom has a view of the Mirna valley, a double bed, a sofa that can be made into an extra bed (upon request), a flat TV, a coffee table with two chairs and a big wardrobe.
