It 's very welcoming and a living room with fireplace, two sofas and a double sofa bed, kitchen with stove with 4 burners and oven, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower and one with a bath tub. The garden is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, children's playground and large pool. The garden and pool are shared with my family. There are also Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, cot and pram for small children. The bed linen and towels are included. Parking spaces are in the adjacent public car park. IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

We built Casa Clio in 2023 to be the perfect Lake Como vacation home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 big bathrooms, a dedicated office space, two terraces, a garden, and gym with a sauna in the basement. If you like sunrises, we recommended taking your sunglasses to bed, as it comes right into the master bedroom. (If you like it darker, all the rooms come with electric shutters for total black out). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Lake.
