We are a single detached house that backs up to woods and the creek. From the front porch you can see the neighbor's home across the cul-de-sac but from the elevated back wrap-around deck you can only see woods and the creek. We have a very peaceful setting. YET we are only 1 mile and less than 5 min from the charming town square

The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.
