Looking to spend some quality time with your family or alone. This cozy basement apartment is the perfect option for you. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

The entire property was an authentic stage set for the hit television show The Vampire Diaries for eight years. This absolutely charming cottage is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the Square. Welcome to Covington! This vintage 1950's ranch has lots of cozy charm. Updated with everything you need and want. 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. 2 living areas with a twin and full sleeper sofas. Sleeps 7 comfortably! Located a short, less than a mile, sidewalk walk to the famous downtown Covington square with all of the attractions, food and shopping. Equally convenient, you will find the vampire hot spots are all within walking distance.

The Butler House

Enjoy your stay at The Butler House. This tastefully renovated and decorated 1910 Covington Home sits on a large corner lot on sleepy side street just 3 sidewalked blocks from Downtown Covington. This home has every amenity you could desire with a private backyard with fire pit and 6 Adirondack chairsand parking for four cars, The Butler House would be a perfect place for a weekend retreat, girl’s trip, family vacation or mid week getaway!
