Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

Countryside location with easy access to the NEC (11 miles), Birmingham Airport (11 miles), M40 (7 miles), Warwick (8 miles), Warwick Parkway Rail (5 miles), and the whole West Midlands.
