Nello stazzo si può godere la tranquillità della vita di campagna, ma in pochissimo tempo passare dalla vita da spiaggia dell'Isola dei Gabbiani a 5min d'auto, alla quiete delle tante spiagge che si trovano lungo la costa da Santa Teresa a Cannigione. Palau, dista 10min d'auto, da qui si può partire per le escursioni per l'Arcipelago de La Maddalena e della Corsica. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
