Lavender Lodge is a beautiful detached cottage set in the tranquil village of Corsley, right on the Somerset / Wiltshire border. It has two bedrooms, one private parking space & courtyard and is close to many local attractions – from quaint farm shops to ancient Roman baths. There are also many fantastic walks right on its doorstep. Corsley is very close to both Longleat Safari Park and Center Parcs, and within easy reach of Frome, Wells, Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury etc. Please read 'The space'.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Shepherd’s Hut comfortably sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 children under 10 on a fold-out double sofa bed, making it perfect for a romantic break or a small family getaway. Hidden Wood Glamping has two other units, but privacy and peace are ensured with well-placed fencing and distance between cabins. Relax in the secluded wood-fired hot tub and sauna. Located just five minutes from Longleat Safari Park, it’s the ideal base to explore the Wiltshire countryside and nearby historic attractions.

The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

Shepherds Rest Annexe

Self contained annexe which has been tastefully renovated. Kitchen with eating area and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Sitting/bedroom with countryside views on first floor. Outside is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Local Pub and fish and chip shop short walk away. A little further afield are some wonderful cafes and it's an easy drive to local attractions such as Bath/Longleat/Stonehenge/Stourhead. Westbury train station with direct services to London is 3 miles away.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

A gorgeous and spacious double room annexe, with en suite bathroom, private entrance through french windows and facilities for simple cooking (microwave/toaster). A portion of the front garden, with table and chair, is entirely for guests' use. The room sits at the end of a detached period cottage, once an old weaver's cottage in the 17th century, overlooking the Longleat estate and thus beautiful views. There is free off-road parking and only a few miles to Frome or Warminster.

The Coach House, unique country cottage, Somerset

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and warm your evenings with the wood-burning stove.
