Our Hale is an upstairs apartment that is centrally located for your next trip to the Gulf coast! We are 20 minutes N. of Corpus Christi, 20 minutes S. of the popular town of Rockport and 20 minutes W. of the ferry to Padre Island! It sits on a peaceful 5 acres and has a covered Lanai ( Hawaiian word for covered deck) that overlooks 3 acres. A great place to see a beautiful sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee or spend the lazy afternoon hours sipping refreshing beverages & just talking story

Inside you will find a 1 bed Casita, equipped with the basics you need. Less than a mile from Cole Park on water which has fishing pier & concerts in summer. 1 minute from HEB grocery store, & 1 min in other direction to several amazing local restaurants. 1.7 miles from McGee beach & downtown area! This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.
