With the sea right outside the window, you have the opportunity to admire the marine life and natural landscapes depicted in the property photos. Morning, lie in bed and enjoy the spectacular sunrise; Evening, on the terrace, admire the sunset and the moon over the sea. Here,you can experience deep relaxation ,delight and surprises.

SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

You can enjoy the stellar views of Haro Strait and San Juan Island, as well as a chance to do some whale watching on your private patio. With our close proximity to the University of Victoria, Mount Douglas, dozens of beaches, and downtown Victoria, you are bound to find something to see and do every day of your visit.

We are located in beautiful Cordova Bay. The area is a favorite to locals and tourists. Cordova Bay has an expansive beach. We are a short 1 min walk to beach access and the Beach House Restaurant - closed, Mattick's Farm is a 1 km walk away. Mt Douglas trails and park is a short drive away. The guest suite is on the second floor of our house. It is spacious, fully equipped and has two private entries. There are beautiful views of the ocean, Mt Douglas, San Juan Islands and Mt Baker.

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & downtown (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep on. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs to get to the house.

The Sea Nest - Your Ocean Retreat

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.
