Our lovely retreat offers privacy, comfort, and convenience. Designed as our honeymoon/bridal suite, this property is part of our wedding venue. **The property will not be available if a wedding is booked. It's great location is less than a mile from I-40 and is just a couple of miles from HWY 111 in the fabulous town of Cookeville. The wonderful setting has a feel of being a million miles away. This property has been designed for relaxation and is the perfect getaway for couples.

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.
