This brand new basement Studio is completely private to guests (The upstairs is inhabited by my family) i do however have thin walls at the moment and want to let you know if your sensitiveto noise this probably wouldnt be a good match for you because from time to time you can hear my little ones running around but in bed by 9pm till 8am. 18-20 from DIA, 25 min from downtown Denver.
