A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Private 2 bedroom 1 bath lower unit with separate entrance and full kitchen! We live upstairs in the upper unit and share the backyard. Free street parking. Shared home - we live upstairs. However, the lower unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance - backyard is shared.

This brand new basement Studio is completely private to guests (The upstairs is inhabited by my family) i do however have thin walls at the moment and want to let you know if your sensitiveto noise this probably wouldnt be a good match for you because from time to time you can hear my little ones running around but in bed by 9pm till 8am. 18-20 from DIA, 25 min from downtown Denver. This is an established quiet neighborhood.
