Beach and cafe, Pub within 4 mins walk, and our 16th century working mill Hele Cornmill and tearoom just 3 mins walk away. My place is good for couples and families with lots to discover in North Devon.

Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. Pubs within walking distance, a well stocked, Community shop and PO just down the hill. Please note check in/out Fri and Mon.

The Coach House

LOXHORE, a village and a parish near Barnstaple, North Devon. The village stands on a hill, amid beautiful scenery, 5¼ miles from the main town of Barnstaple. The Coach House is in the grounds of The Old Rectory, it enjoys open views across the Devon countryside and is only a short walk to the entrance to Deer Park Woods, part of the Arlington Court Estate. It must be noted that Loxhore is around 3.6 miles to the nearest pub. The fabulous north Devon beaches are a short drive away.
