This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

This cottage/house has air conditioning/ furnace, wood stove, laundry, dishwasher, tv, wifi, propane bbq, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove-oven, refrigerator/freezer. A dock for your small boat or seadoo is also available. Canoe and life jackets provided.

Swan’s Nest

Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. The historic, circa 1880’s Heron House vacation home is balanced on the edge of the village of Clayton, nestled in the protected French Bay harbor with breathtaking sunset views. Meticulously appointed, lovingly restored to its former, distinctive grandeur, and available for rent year-round. A short walking distance to all the village has to offer. From unique boutiques, the world-class Antique Boat Museum, fitness facilities, and River Yoga.

This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted.

This super cute cottage is located on the St. Lawrence River! We are in Spicer Bay which is halfway between Clayton and Fishers Landing, NY. You will have a view of Spicer Bay which is off the main channel. (Unfortunately, you can't see big ships going by).
