Highlander's Hidden Gem 1 Bedrm

Drive right up to your front door! There is only one other apartment sharing this location. Amenities include wifi, smart televisions in living room and bedroom, couch that folds out into a full size bed (pillows and blankets are in the ottoman in front of couch), eat in kitchen, and free parking. Small house with a beautiful wrap around deck overseeing a big pond. Small, simple, and set up for a relaxing get away with the family! The entire house is accessible for a wheelchair including the wrap around deck. Fishing and boating is also with in 10 minutes away at the Rough River Dam State Park. Wifi is fast if you have work to get done, also a small work desk is in the main bedroom. A TV and two big recliners is set up in the living room for lounging.

Cottage sits behind our home (see photo). NOTE- Main house may have large groups. Pool and outside areas share spaces. Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport. There is ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi. We have a Smart TV you may use your Netflix and so on with. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Eating/work space is provided. Comfortable recliner chairs. Access to the grounds.
