Completely updated and remodeled one of a kind farmhouse on .97 acres, minutes from the Clemson campus. Perfect getaway for families or groups in town for Clemson events or time on the lake. Home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 pets for an additional $50 per stay in addition to the $150 cleaning fee. No parties or excessive noise as the home sits in a quiet residential area.
