This is a private apartment, in a Triplex, centrally located in Clearwater near US Hwy 19 and Gulf to Bay Blvd. Clearwater Beach is a straight drive ahead (about 4 miles). This is a large 1 bedroom apartment that is perfect for two, but can also sleep four with the sleeper-sofa. There is a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, a screened in patio in the back where smoking is allowed, and a fully stocked laundry room with no extra charge.

Less than 30 minutes to TPA Airport, 13 miles to Clearwater Beach, 2.2 Miles to Honeymoon Island, 1.0 miles to US-19 to easily get to surrounding areas, and 3.5 miles to downtown Dunedin. Guest house located on property with friendly host. There is one parking space provided for guests onsite. Happy to provide recommendations for a local experience during your stay! A portion of the side yard ( as pictured ) has been fenced off for you. ONE animal allowed, this includes service or non- service. You DO need to notify me if you're bringing a Animal. No Cats. The suite is non shared and attached to the rest of the house. There are two Rental units on this property. Each on opposite sides of the house. This is Unit A.
