Plan the perfect mountain getaway, and only 3 minutes from downtown Clayton! An amazing and well appointed three story home with unique touches throughout. Relax on one of the three decks. Explore the lush pebble trails that weave across the 2.5 acre property. Bring your tennis racquets for the private tennis court. The house has recently been made over with designer touches and there's plenty of rooms designed for comfort and conversation throughout the house. Easy access, paved roads.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

In addition to two bedrooms, there is a large loft area with upscale bunk beds, perfect for adults and kids alike! A circular drive provides parking for up to three vehicles. Relax in the den while watching the large screen TV, or listen to your playlist on our Sonos speakers. The deck leads down to a private back yard with a covered patio and lighted fire pit with fire wood.

Conveniently located between Lake Burton and the Tallulah River, this cozy pet friendly vacation home is the perfect place to get away from it all. With two bedrooms and one bath, it is comfortable and secluded. Nestled in the North Georgia Mountains, this cottage is easily accessible from the Atlanta area. It features a huge porch with a swing and rocking chairs, a gas fireplace for those chilly Autumn mornings, an electric kitchen, and a fenced backyard for small pets.
